The National Healthy Start Association (NHSA) builds on its over twenty year experience and lessons learned in community based engagement and capacity building to bring value to the overall process and end product of the Best Babies Zone (BBZ) Initiative. Milt Kotelchuck

 

Milton Kotelchuck provides guidance and support to the Best Babies Zone in the areas of policy advocacy, policy development at the federal area, and evaluation. He is currently Senior Scientist in Maternal and Child Health at the Center for Child & Adolescent Health Research and Policy, MassGeneral Hospital for Children, and Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School. Lawrence Wallack

 

Lawrence "Larry" Wallack is a Professor of  Community Health at the Oregon Health Sciences University-Portland State University School of Public Health (OHSU-PSU). He has an MS in alcohol studies from the University of Arizona, and an MPH and DrPH from the University of California, Berkeley.
